The police have arrested a Bangladeshi national, Sohel Rana from New Town who raped and threatened a minor  Hindu girl for months.

According to the information, Sohel Rana was a tenant in the house of a minor girl in Baligari. His parents do various odd jobs while living. In the absence of her parents, Sohel Rana regularly sexually assaulted the minor girl. The horror lasted for months for the little child. The Bangladeshi national also threatened the little girl not to tell anyone.

A few days ago, a minor girl gathered the courage to tell her elder sister about the sexual torture. The girl then went to  the Techno City police station along with her parents and elder sister and lodged a complaint. Based on the complaint, the police immediately arrested Sohel Rana.
