Garba cancelled in Hindu temple after threats from Jihadis [ D.C, U.S.A ]

During the festival of Navratri, a Hindu temple in the USA had to cancel  Garba, it was to exercise caution following the call for a ‘global day of jihad’ by a former head of the Hamas terrorist outfit.

The Hindu American Foundation noted that the police chief in Dayton, Ohio, called mainland authorities to inform them of the invitation to former Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal. Meshaal currently heads the Hamas Diaspora Office and is based in Doha, Qatar.

As a precaution, it was decided to cancel the garba scheduled for Friday evening. Fortunately, it would be held on Saturday and Sunday night.

Some claim that the temple committee pressured Dayton to cancel the garba due to “liability issues” after the attacks by the “Umang Gujarati Association”.

In an official statement  on October 10, Khaled Meshaal stated: “We declare next Friday (October 13) Al-Aqsa Flood Friday  in support of Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa and the jihadist Gaza Strip. It is a day of general mobilization in our Arab and Muslim world and the world among  free people. Go forth, be it easy or hard, and fight with your wealth and your life in the name of Allah. Better for you if you only knew.

It is a day to gather support, offer help and actively participate… It is a day to show our love for Palestine, Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa. It is a day for sacrifice, heroism and devotion and to earn our honor by protecting the first  of the Muslims The Qibla, the third holiest mosque, and the trustworthy people sent to heaven.

When the world, America, the West and the Zionists see that the people have come to the support of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and that the Mujahideen convoys  are on their way to shed  pure blood in the land of Palestine, the battlefield will change. . . the balance of power will change.

For all scholars who teach jihad for the sake of God and who preach  fighters and martyrs, for all who teach and learn, this is the moment to apply [theories] so that words are not just words.”

Since the war broke out between Israel and Hamas following a surprise and brutal terrorist attack  by Hamas on October 7, there have been fierce, sometimes violent, clashes between supporters of Israel and Palestine across the United States. In New York’s iconic Times Square, some Hamas supporters were seen waving a Nazi Hakenkrauz sign at Jews to remind them of the Holocaust perpetrated by Hitler.
